ANDRZEJ PANASIUK
Graduate of Warsaw University, A. Panasiuk graduated from the Faculty of History and from the Faculty of Law. He holds the degree Ph. D. hab., associate professor at the Faculty of Law of Białystok University.
In 1998-2002, Andrzej Panasiuk held the office of Director of the Legal Department at the Public Procurement Office. In years 2002-2006, he was Deputy Director of the Department of Economy at the Supreme Audit Office. From 1 March 2006 to 3 December 2007 he held the position of Vice President of the Public Procurement Office. From 4 December 2007 to 4 February 2009 he performed the function of Undersecretary of State in charge of legislation and telecommunications at the Ministry of Infrastructure. From 6 February 2009 to 16 December 2009 he was Member of the Management Board of PKP S.A.

MAREK PROKURAT
Graduate of Radom University of Technology, Faculty of Transport, majoring in electronics and telecommunications. M. Prokurat completed postgraduate studies in project management pursuant to the Prince2 methodology and Master of Business Administration (MBA) studies. He has been working for TK Telekom since 1999. M. Prokurat has worked as Manager of the Data Transmission Department and Sales Director at the Telecommunications Office in Warsaw. In 2006, appointed to the position of Sales Office Director, and subsequently to the position of Technical Office Director at the Company’s Headquarters.

SEBASTIAN WITECKI
Graduate of the Faculty of Economics of Radom University of Technology, majoring in Finance. Scholarship holder of the Socrates/Erasmus programme in 2000 at the Faculty of Economics of Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg, Germany. Academic lecturer of subjects related to financial and economic analyses, capital markets and banking. In years 2003-2005 he worked for Bank Inicjatyw Społeczno - Ekonomicznych S.A. (currently: Bank DnBNord S.A.) and Bank Millennium S.A. at the Treasury Department as Expert in the Debt Securities Department and as Corporate Dealer. In 2005-2009 he performed the function of Treasury Manager at Apexim AB. From April 2009 to December 2009, S. Witecki was Director of the Financial Office of PKP Energetyka S.A.
